The Perfect Affair, provides custom packages to their clients based on desires and needs in relation to social and occasional events.
We offer the following standard package options, but work with the bride and groom to customize each one for personal service.


Custom Wedding Planning

This package will guide you step by step through planning a stress free wedding, as well as take away the stress of your wedding day, so that you can concentrate on the things that matter.



The Perfect Affair wedding planners consults with couples on the following:


● Budgeting
● Venue Selection and contract negotiation
● Food and beverage consultation
● Guest list, RSVP management and seating arrangement
● Timelines, floor plans and scripts for the day
● Floral decor and design
● Venue decor and design
● Stationary design (save the date, invitations, programs, thank you notes)
● Day of wedding coordination


Custom packages are designed to fit the budget of the bride and groom to be. Any services offered in the custom package can also be purchased on an a la carte basis.

Day of Wedding Coordination

Although a Bride may want to plan her dream wedding, she quite often doesn't want to add manage vendors to her list of things to do at the reception.

The Perfect Affair, Award winning Event Coordinators can help! We are available to take the hassle of of your wedding day, by making sure your plans run smoothly.


Day of coordination includes the following:

● 1 Senior planner Onsite for your wedding (can accomodate up to 100 people)
● Consultation meeting 1month prior to the wedding date, in order to understand plans
● Day of coordination and vendor management for 8 hours


Pricing starting at $1350.00

Vendor Referral Planning

After an in depth consultation with vendor referral clients, your Perfect Affair Planner will get you started with booking vendors by showing you a selection of samples that will fit your needs, from our research library.

The Perfect Affair takes pride in the vendors they select to participate in their research library. We have built a personal relationship with each owner, are confident in the quality of their services and have verified their insurance and licensing.

Once you indicate your preferences, planners will book appointments for you to meet with each prospective vendor or supplier. Prospective vendors will be pre-screened for availability and given a written description of your event, including date, needs, and budget.

Planners will also create and organize a wedding binder to keep track of details, assist in floor plan and wedding timeline design.
