We fully manage the venue relationship including: contract negotiation, logistical design, permitting and insurance.

Our Planners work with our Corporate Clients to develop theming, décor, entertainment and other aspects of the event to satisfy not only, the overall event goals but also the overall marketing goals. Our social Clients get one on one planning time during the development process to ensure that every one of their event dreams comes true Each Perfect Production, is expertly organized and produced following a minute by minute show script that is customized for each event.

Specifically designed with the Do it Yourselfer in mind. We act as the liaison with the venue, vendors, entertainment and the client, to ensure your plans are carried out smoothly. The process that starts in the last month leading up to your Event. As a Client you will meet with one of our award winning planners who will create our signature customized event script for your special day. Once signed off on – our planner will be on site at your wedding to coordinate based on your details. A Day of Coordinator is one of the best gifts you can give yourself; an opportunity for you, to relax and fully enjoy the day you have been dreaming of.

Perfect Productions knows that events are not just about stage shows. We expertly design and manage an entertainment schedule that works with each clients goals to provide a truly memorable and interactive experience for their Guests. From DJ’s and Bands to Speakers and Celebrity appearances, our stage managers control and ensure the delivery of high quality entertainment.

Perfect Productions specializes in merging lucious flowers, with sumptuous textures and beautiful color palates to transform your event spaces into an experience for your Guests. And we don’t limit ourselves to bouquets, are design team decorates with floral and is known for its custom fabrication of chuppahs, arches, mandates, ceiling draping, tent pole coverage, three dimensional props, set pieces and focal piece structures.

We design a customized parking and transportation plan for each event. We work with venues to negotiate best rates for parking and for non-venue events we organize valet service and group transportation. Plus, if you are looking for an interesting way to arrive or leave an event we can provide helicopters, planes, horse and carriage, exotic cars, limousines, golf carts and more.

The event is always in the details. Perfect Productions represents over 15 lines of stationary for your to choose your invitation from, but if you don’t fine one that you like our planners and our graphic designer will work with you to create exactly what you are looking for. From the save the date magnet to the very last thank you notes we have your stationary taken care of. As an additional option, we also offer an RSVP service, where we can track not only who is coming to your event, but what they are eating and where they are staying.

Our clients have said that event seating and room design and layout was one of the most difficult part of planning a function on their own. Perfect Productions takes the emotions and guess work our of your layout. We work with you to design a room that works for you and your Guests. Our signature seating plan program assists giving everyone the perfect place to sit.

Our Travel advisors can also assist with your destination wedding, vacation or honeymoon, making your vacation more inclusive and enjoyable, and actually saving you money, in the process. Our Travel Specialists are the most informed on almost every destination, they can offer first hand knowledge and information and often can get you better deals based on their relationships with properties, vendors and hotels. The little extras they can add, will take your vacation from ordinary to extraordinary

Perfect Productions strives to limit risk for our clients and our custom events includes an analysis of the risk associated with them. As a company we carry an overall general event liability policy, but should an event require its own insurance we work with clients to obtain the necessary coverage. Permitting is different in every area, our planner work with the towns, police, fire, and Emergency Medical departments to ensure the appropriate permits are obtained. In addition, if necessary, Perfect Productions, along with our executive chef and staff mixologist will work with the liquor commission and health departments to secure any permits necessary for the service of food and beverage.
